1. How can I raise a Complaint in portal?
Select a Company Name, Enter your folio number or DP-ID/Client-ID. After validation, you can select a category from Type of Enquiry and raise complaint.
2. How can I track the status of my complaint?
Post successful submission, an acknowledgement with URN will be shared on the screen as well as email shared on the registered email ID.
You can use the URN to Track the status.
3. What is the email id to communicate on emails with RTA.

4. How can I search for unpaid dividends against my folio.
Please select category “Dividend Enquiry Status” in the portal to know your unpaid dividends.
5.What is the procedure to record/change my Bank details / address / Mobile Number / Email Id / Signature and PAN?
If you are holding your shares in physical mode, Select Category “KYC Updation” in the portal, fill form ISR-1 and send it to us duly signed by all the shareholders with supporting documents requested therein. If you are holding your shares in demat mode, you have to inform your request to your Depository Participant who maintains your record of demat shares.
6. Can I claim the old dividends relating to past years which have not been received by me?
Yes, you may claim the old dividends which shows unpaid under “Dividend Enquiry Status” in the portal by uploading the Indemnity bond (Format given in Procedures and Forms) along with a cancelled cheque leaf (Shareholder’s name printed on it) and copy of PAN card.
7. What is the procedure for Transmission / Name deletion / Name change etc?
